Rock Around The Clock Event – Saturday, 19 September 2015

Southend Peers and its members are not just a networking group but also a group supporting our local community. In September 2015, Southend Peers’ members hosted an event for Harp (Southend’s only homeless charity) in support of their End Rough Sleeping Campaign. Held at Southend’s Cliff Pavilion, the event raised in excess of £700.00 and received donations of sleeping bags, coats and clothing from members of the public all of which were gratefully received by Harp.

Members of the public and Peers danced the day away with help from The Blazin Aces, DJ Raven and Ambleside Jive Club all of whom donated their time for this worthy cause.
